What is low-E glass? Low E-glass or low emissivity has an invisible
metallic coating that admits the full spectrum of sunlight but blocks
radiant heat from escaping.
Types of Windows
Vista Windows, Elite Series™ Panorama Series Overview
The Elite Series represents our premium line of replacement windows and
patio doors that are manufactured in Warren, OH. These products are
marketed under the Panorama trademark.
Elite Series products are made in custom sizes, per project…and have
many, many options to choose from including 4 interior wood grains and
our exclusive Panorainbow exterior color system. Double Hung, Slider,
Tilt-n-Slide, Picture Window, Casement, Casement Picture, Geometric,
Dimensional Projection (Bay/Bow), and Patio Door are available.
Elite
Series™ Double
Hung Windows
The Double Hung window consists of two "sashes", one on top and bottom,
that slide up and down as well as tilt in for easy cleaning. The sliding
action is made possible by springs (balance system) which support the
weight of each sash. The bottom (inside) sash is primarily used for
opening the window, although the top (outside) sash can also be slid
downward for ventilation.
All Vista Panorama Series Double Hung Windows feature:
- Fully welded sash & frames
- White or Tan color options
- A variety of interior wood grain options
- A wide variety of glass options for both aesthetic purposes and
varying insulating capabilities
- Integrated lift rail on both sashes
- Interlocked meeting rails for a tight seal
- Both sash lift out of the frame for cleaning purposes
**they will only lift out from the inside
- CAM style secure sash locks
- Raised track and center slope design for maximum drainage
- 1" overall thickness on the Insulated Glass Unit
- Security vent locks
Elite
Series™ Panorama Slider & Tilt-N-Slide Windows
Slider Windows
Sliders have two or three sashes, the end sashes have the ability to
slide left and right. In the case of a "2-lite" slider, each sash (or
sometimes called a vent), slides freely. With 3-lite sliders, the center
is stationary. This window is usually used when width is greater than
height.
All Vista Elite Series Slider Windows feature:
- Fully welded sash & frames
- 72 Color Combinations Possible - All falling under the PanoRainbow

Tilt-N-Slide
Windows
This unique product combines the features of two windows. On the one
hand, the tilt-n-slide will glide back and forth horizontally like the
Panorama Slider. On the other hand, the sashes in this window will swing
inward, much like a French door.

Umbrella

Elite
Series™ Panorama Casement Windows
Casement Windows
These windows "crank out", acting like a door on a hinge. Casements open
outward to either the left or the right. These windows can be joined
together (mulled), and it is not uncommon to see "double"
casements, and
"triple" casements.
All Vista Elite Series Casement Windows feature:
- Fully welded sash & frames

Umbrella

varying insulating capabilities

Selective Choices™ Gorilla Glass
Fully tempered glass is used in many applications because of its safety
characteristics. Safety comes from strength and from a unique fracture
pattern. Strength, which effectively resists wind pressure and impact,
provides safety in many applications. When fully tempered glass breaks
the glass fractures into small, relatively harmless fragments. This
phenomenon called “dicing,” markedly reduces the likelihood of injury to
people as there are no jagged edges or sharp shards.
The inside pane of Gorilla Glass is tempered to give extra protection
from broken glass or objects from the outside, and additional protection
for safety against impact or breakage from the inside. While Gorilla
Glass is not safety glass, it provides additional protection when
compared to regular standard glass.
