first we will send our specialist to determine if there is damage at no
charge. Our specialist will then contact your adjuster and work with
them directly so that you don’t have to.
Q: Why should I never do a roof-over?
A: A roof-over is when your existing shingles are not removed prior to
putting on your new roof. It is not recommended because this voids the
warranty offered by your shingle manufacturer. It can also cause costly
repairs at a later time because doing this traps heat and moisture and
gives your roof a “spongy” feel causes by rotting roof decking.
Q: Why do I need a general contractor?
A: A general contractor can do the entire scope of work and repairs
cheaper than it would cost you to get it done by several different
companies. This also makes the process twice as fast.
Q: What is hail damage?
A: Hail damage is caused by large hail driven by wind during a storm. It
can break siding, dent soft metals and bruise shingles on your home.
This damage to your roof can cause the shingles to fail long before the
life expectancy of your material is up.
